The Community Woodshop is available to current PNA members who are 18+ years old. Woodworkers of all abilities are welcome. Each orientation session is limited to 6 people to ensure a positive and safe learning environment. All listed dates cover the same necessary content.

This 1-hour orientation covers available tools, shop safety and etiquette, access policies, fees, and volunteer opportunities. This orientation is free and registration is required. Registration closes 1 day before the start of the class.

Orientation attendees should review our Tool Safety Guidelines and Tool Use Safety videos to prepare for the Introduction to Woodworking and Shop Safety Class.

Attendees should be prepared to fill out our Liability Waiver and Code of Conduct Agreement (if they have not already completed them).

Location: PNA Community Woodshop (northeast corner of the Phinney Center Brick Building)

Requirements: Long pants, closed-toed shoes, no loose clothing. Safety glasses and hearing protection provided.

Required for all who wish to use the PNA Community Woodshop.
